Vena Taula \nPsalm 23: The Lord is my Shephard, I shall not want...\n\nVena Taula was born on September 11, 1954 in Safatoa, Samoa to Iakopo Taula & Moli Faala'ula'u. He passed away on November 20, 2022 at his home in West Jordan. \n\nVena put family first, they meant everything to him. His kind and loving nature will be missed especially by his family & friends. Vena was a patient, reliable & hard working man. He was humble, dedicated, passionate & a peacemaker, everything you would want in a husband, father, grandfather & friend.\n\nVena graduated high school in 1976 and went on to complete and graduate from self reliance. He became a US citizen in 2012. \n\nVena was an active member in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served as a teacher. He was proud to be a worthy priesthood holder who served as first & second counselor in the bishopric in his ward. \n\nVena loved having friends over to hang out. He enjoyed gambling and good conversation. \n\nBishop Services for Vena will be held Friday, December 2, 2022 at 12:00 PM at the Granger North Stake Center, 3175 S. 3450 W., West Valley City, Utah 84119 with a Family Program at 9:00 AM prior to the services.\n\nFamily program to be livestreamed on Facebook page: Radio Tonga Friendly Island.
