Willie Evelyne Krebs Obituary (1928 - 2017)

Willie Evelyne Krebs, 88, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away on February 5, 2017. Born September 14, 1928 in Verona, Mississippi, to William Armstead Graves and Mary Evie Crosby. She moved to Woodville, Texas when she was 8 after her father passed away. After graduating from high school, she moved to Beaumont, Texas and worked for the Telephone Company. She transferred to Salt Lake City. Married John E. Krebs Sr. on September 30, 1954 in the Salt Lake Temple. She held many callings in the LDS Church. She was a good listener. Evelyne enjoyed playing board games, card games, and dominoes with her family and friends. She enjoyed watching game shows with her family. She loved to spoil her grandkids and great-grandson. She loved spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her eternal companion, John E. Krebs Sr. She is survived by her sons: John Jr. (Cindy), George, and Mike; grandchildren: Melissa, Alan, Kenny and Katelyn; great-grandson: Zachary; and many other family and friends who love her dearly. Funeral services will be Monday, February 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with a viewing before at 10:00 a.m. at the Murray 3rd Ward, 160 E. 4600 S., Murray, Utah.
