Yesica Javiel Ramos

Yesica Javiel Ramos passed away May 30, 2015, she was born on April 23, 1976 in Cd Obregon Sonora Mexico, to Jesus Javiel and Martha Javiel. She lived her youth in Mexicali Baja California and then moved to Las Vegas. She graduated from Rancho High School. She married Santiago E. Ramos in the Oakland, California LDS Temple on July 8, 1995 and had three wonderful kids, Santiago Jr., Kyana and Alani. Yesica recently worked as a Pastry Chef in Cheyenne Wyoming where she produced all types of desserts, but her biggest and greatest love she had was that of being a mother. She loved to sing, dance and attend to her motherly duties. When her kids were asked what was their fondest memory of the family, they all responded "…when mom played basketball with us."
She is survived by her husband Santiago Ramos, her children Santiago Ramos Jr., Kyana Ramos and Alani Ramos, her mother Martha Javiel, her sister Yazmin Javiel Aguilera and her brother Humberto Javiel.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.at Founders 1st Ward Chapel, 11658 S. Kestrel Rise Rd. South Jordan, Utah. Viewing will be held on Thursday Evening from 6-8 pm at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway (10600 So.), South Jordan, Utah.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for you to donate to your local missionary fund or to Santiago Ramos Jr.'s missionary fund.
The family expresses their gratitude to all who have sent kind words to the family and those that have helped in many other ways.
